Cancellations & Returns
We hope you are happy with your order, however if for any reason you would like to return an item to us, we can accept back any item (excluding personalised products or perishable goods) within 30 days of the order being received for a refund or exchange.

​All items must be returned unused in its original packaging and condition. ​We recommend obtaining proof of postage from your courier, as we cannot be held liable for goods lost in transit.

​Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of returned goods.
Cancellations

​If you need to cancel an order placed with us, you can do so at any time, unless it is a personalised order which has already been produced. Please contact us at info@forevercherishedgifts.com to enquire on your order progress.
Damaged/Faulty Items

Quality is very important to us and we always try to ensure that our products are sent out in perfect condition and securely packaged however, there are times due to situations beyond our control such as damage in post, that your item may arrive in an unsatisfactory state. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item or your item is wrong, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item at info@forevercherishedgifts.com so we can assist in sending a replacement or a refund.
